The process for this piece is the result of a longtime fascination with old stuff presented in an out-of-context manner. Step one: Take a jewelry box, chop it up and use the pieces to create an abstract sculpture. Step two: Dismantle the sculpture and try to put the box back together, but in a way that still showcases what was discovered about the box in the process of making the sculpture.
